Typical restaurant, traditional Trentino and Venetian cuisine.
Simple dishes, characteristic of the refuge, ideal after a trek in our mountains or for an evening with friends. The menu is based on typical local products and according to seasonality.

Our menu includes classic game and meat dishes accompanied by Storo polenta, appetizers with forest and mountain flavors, homemade pasta, such as bread and delicious desserts. All accompanied by typical wine and Grappa del Rifugio tastings.
Cold cuts, cheeses and Giardiniera del Rifugio. Canederli, Tortelloni, Tagliolini, Fettuccine, Gnocchi and Risotto. Game, Tonco de pontesel, Carne salada, Sausages, Cod alla Vicentina, Goulash, grilled cheese accompanied by polenta di Storo. Typical seasonal side dishes (sauerkraut, mushrooms, beans etc.). Tiramisu, Zelten, Strudel, Desserts of the house.
